They have good benefits including healthcare and insurance. They provide many supplies as well including 150$ worth of shoes from a boot truck. Opportunities to learn about the chemistry behind the job.

Cons

Rotating schedule. Huge turnover. Not many opportunities for promotions. Lots of drama and gossip.

Great work environment with very professional, well knowledged staff. Privately owned organization with revenue diversity across waste water treatment, oil & gas, and paper industries as well as cosmetic applications.

Cons

SNF is slowly advancing their supply chain capabilities to equal those of similar sized public companies. They are moving in the right direction for sure.
