I can't not think of 20 words to say the only pro is I got to work with a few nice people who will say the same thing as me. This company is the worst. Bottom of the barrel.

Cons

Plenty. Management is terrible. There are conflict of interests everywhere such as family managing family. Honestly the list goes on and on however it's unprofessional to bad mouth a former employer

No evenings or weekends. Good view of 95 from office window. Internet access in office facilitates job search because you WILL be looking for a sane work environment.

Cons

Management is horrible. When multiple people leave with no notice it should send a loud message. Management is abusive and untrained. They promote people who have no idea how to manage people and sit back and watch good reps walk out the door. The money is terrible and the insurance is awful.
