Pros
Internal employees predominantly come from Robert Half International. The business model tries to reproduce the Robert Half recipe, which is a great way to train green, fresh out of college into the workforce.
Cons
Pay is not on target with Robert Half for the position they hire. They have not mastered the Robert Half recipe so there is a bit more confusion and lack of focus with consistent micromanaging, but in a highly unproductive way. Turns out that you are paid less, given more responsibilities, and are blockaded with constant bureaucracy that inhibits production and focus. I see what they are trying to do, but it just isn't working for them.
