I have been a contract worker for SNI -Accounting Now for 4 months. The on-boarding process was easy and the team that placed me is great! I have enjoyed working with them. The pay is good, and they offer benefits.

Cons

The cons are not worth mentioning.

Personally, I have always preferred contracting versus full-time-- for the change of scenery. And Accounting Now / SNI has always been good to me. Easily my favorite employment agency, and I have seriously tried at least a dozen. They always went out of their way to make me feel like I mattered with the company. Whether it be checking on me to see if things were going well during an assignment, or setting me up with another position as soon as the last ended. Plus-- the pay has always been comparable to my skill. Which is very much appreciated! When it comes to recommending an agency to a friend, I don't even hesitate-- Accounting Now / SNI all the way! Not to mention the incredible staff-- most notably Deana & Amanda. Love those ladies! Anyway, I can go on and on. If you are on the hunt for a great employment agency-- look no further. SNI Companies is the one

Cons

Only thing that comes to mind is the lack of holiday pay and a referral bonus. And they are willing to work something out with you-- if they treasure your work ethic. Even without the bonus, I still recommend friends to SNI. They have been THAT good to me.

Cons

One of the lower paying employment agencies I've worked for. They messed up my pay once and I did not get direct deposit. Instead, my pay was put on a debit card instead of my bank account.
