Fellow employees I had the pleasure to work with that were seasoned and assisted myself and others. Most were not in management positions, sadly.

Cons

Very long hours which allows for little quality of life and brings your income, hourly to poverty level. Managers hired to train employees brand new to the industry with no experience in the industry of staffing or recruiting, whatsoever. Everybody ends up putting accounts in there name and collect commissions after someone leaves which leads them to appear to be rated high and successful on the company matrix without doing the work. The owner has no idea of the reality of how his business is ran

They do have a couple people in the company that are decent at what they do. I can tell some people really want to help but it seems like they can't due to direction from their manager. We did get paid on time and had no problems.

Cons

I was only with the company for a few days but it was a very odd feel. We weren't able to turn the lights on because some people said there was a glare on their computer. There was a lot of company fighting and I did get wind of commissions being taken from other divisions. Once I hear about the commissions time and time again I decided to leave. There was over 10 people that came and went in my short stint here.
