Young, energetic atmosphere at times. Good training provided, depending on the manager involved. Matrixed environment, positive competition and collaboration with peers.

Cons

Below-industry standard benefits and compensation. Low commission percentage, significant volume required for success. SNI is a relatively small fish in a very large pond of diversified staffing firms. The company provides little to positively differentiate itself. Frequent turnover and low employee morale.
