Great entry level base pay, and great commission! Very good training opportunities. Competitive environment, but not toxic. Great management that recognizes employee efforts. Good benefits! Endless opportunities to grow.

Everything else. This place was an HR nightmare. Sexual harassment, threats, poor conduct, people at your same level acting or even treated like management without the title, inflexible.
