      Less than impressive-really high turnover

      Pros

      The people at this location are great to work with but the turn over is very high. Good training offered

      Cons

      high turnover rate, volume recruiting (impersonal at best), recruited for lower level positions with hardly any commission. The front office receptionist was being paid more hourly than us recruiters. When my first 90 days were up, I was promised a raise but was given an untrue excuse because my manager didnt want to give up the room in her budget for my pay increase.

      Never reached the carrot - faulty company that thrives on greed.

      Pros

      A job that had AC, water and a working bathroom. It's located in a great part of town since I live downtown.

      Cons

      Dishonest company with a lot of downside. So much intercompany fighting that nobody works together. I only lasted 2 months after I landed a big account. Management then gave me a tough time about things that didn't make sense for me to look elsewhere. I didn't have a chance walking in the door and either does anyone else. I feel bad for the next employee that walks in the door.

      Pros

      A great place to learn how to sink or swim and then leave for a better job that will seem a lot nicer.

      Cons

      They do nmot appreciate diversity. This company does not support its employees or recognize true team players. Executive Leadership is far removed and have put the wrong key management players in charge on every level.
