      Pros

      If you are observant you'll learn how to fake your clients like the rest of them. They also have very good technology.

      Cons

      No room for growth, fake promises from higher ups, back stabbing, managers with NO managerial experience, and absolutely no training. Also the benefits are a joke (they're expensive and barely cover regular visits), further more you can't qualify for a 401k for a year, and when you do they can't answer regular questions.Although you can work 8-5, don't expect to ever take a real lunch or to leave your work problems at the door. Managers will email you during vacation and expect you to respond.

      Pros

      Checks clear for internal employees. You might get a cash card from time to time if you're a consultant.

      Cons

      Truly horrible environment. Senior leadership hasn't sold or recruited in years and have no idea what a production desk looks like in 2015. Zero employee development, zero employee reward program and zero strategic guidance. You are on an island. Produce by any means necessary or get terminated in 90 days.

      A place as an interim job for your real career

      Decent vacation/Holiday package, great team members

      Cons

      Everyone is a number, the personal feel from the organization is gone. HR manages with absolutely no contact with any employees. Company bases everything on hours, you may grow your gross margin. They forget the dollars you bring in more than the hours. Not an EEO company. Very much a good ol' boys club... If you are black, gay or unique in any way.. you probably wont get hired.
