Pros

None, other than you can earn a pay check for awhile.

Cons

In the Chicagoland area, this company is unable to keep staff members for any length of time. Because they are desperate to get bodies in seats, they basically hire just about anyone who has a smile and can talk on the phone. Oh, blondes seem to permeate the place......It is the most unprofessional place - even newbies in the business quickly pick up on it. The weird thing is that upper management does not do anything to fix the organization. I believe that other branches in other parts of the country are run much better and have higher quality people. Not sure why they struggle in Chicago. Oh, and watch out for the blondes - they will stab you in the back.

Pros

Good if you want to learn how to be a used car sales man.

Cons

This place gave me extreme anxiety because of the poor work conditions, lack of resources, leadership changes, and heavy work load. If you want to work in a place where leadership changes every 3-6 months then work for SNI. If you want to work in a place where they hold your pay because your gross margin is too high then, work for SNI. If you want to work in a place that will not let you take off for family emergencies, even death of a loved one then, work for SNI. They do not have enough clients that believe in the brand so you will be 100% responsible for capturing all new business. There is no room for error or mistakes. I found myself correcting the language of colleagues that had poor written and verbal communication skills. It is an unprofessional work environment with an intranet called "THE SPOT". (Every time someone said "THE SPOT" it made me uncomfortable. In my opinion there is a sexual undertone to "The SPOT".
