I worked with some great people. Good environment to learn. Opportunity for advancement.

Cons

HIGH turnover (all the great people I worked with moved on to better opportunities rather quickly) Executive team hot and cold - jumping from one idea to the next without seeing the first one through. Terrible technology Did not set new higher a up for success (especially people new to the industry)

There are some great people in the trenches working for this company.

Cons

Let me start by saying that I have never given a review. I was so dissappointed with my experience at SNI, I feel it's necessary for me to share. I am not an angry fromer employee that was let go - I left on my own accord. This company is comprised of unethical senior leaders.
