You get a desk well it’s more like a table and the sun shines in through the window

Cons

Upper management is a mess. They offer a Low salary and then have an expectation of you to make sales 50 calls in one hour. That’s not even possible to have a decent dialogue. If you don’t produce something in a week your spoken to by Management who then cuts your salary by $5k and threatens for each week you don’t produce another 5k in base will be reduced and when you hit 0 you’re fired.

Learn Everything, Then Unlearn Everything

Most of the instruction I had was personal and professional and was centered around classic recruiting techniques.

Cons

Unfortunately ALL of the training revolved around classic recruitment techniques and completely ignored the individual's preferred method of working.
