Pros

Really wish that I could come up with some thing, At least I got to work in a decent location.

Cons

If you enjoy age discrimination, racial discrimination, gender discrimination and youre a fan of sexual harassment then the Boston SNI office is the perfect place for you to work because youll find plenty of it there. Ethics and professional policies don't apply to anyone in management in that office. And also favoritism all over the place, and the regional executive management is a joke.

Your comments are very alarming and incredibly concerning. Please note that all of our employees have been provided with our annual harassment training this month. Pros

Great benefits. Good training, or promises thereof anyway. Good sales environment.

Cons

It's all bull, the part about how the training they promise is going. If sales in your local market are below goals.... well just keep your resume up to date. Unenforceable non-compete - predatory attempt to do so.

Pros

Good Tools, decent benefits, good PTO but underhanded way of taking it away from you if you leave, so don't count on it .......

Cons

Horrible management, training equals a daily review of what everyone is doing wrong, no jobs to work on, and when you get jobs in the door, none of them are any good or so you are told, people are getting fired or quiting on the daily. Unethical busiess practices, unethical treatement of their internal employees, if you leave with out making up your draw they pay you minimum wage for you last paycheck, even thought you have current jobs and deals that are on the board and could still make the company money. There is not enough room for all the negatives, but it seems to only the South Florida Region that has these issues.
