      Nice people, pay a lot for unqualified people

      Cons

      Lack of management Hiring junior people and expecting them to perform as an experienced person Inability to keep people on teams Horrible benefits Office full of rumors and disclosure of HR matters (legally confidential matter, like termination) Under the table background checks Lack of ability to keep people going on billing status

      everything from recruitment to actually working at a company three whole days which was supposed to be for 2 months and being told not to go back.

      THERE ARE NO PROS!!!! If you like eneimies..then maybe....

      The recruiters are all deceiving and only has their own welfare in mind. Customers (candidate and firms) are treated as bait...worst recruiters I have ever worked with.
