Large staffing company, they post a lot of jobs every day. Work efficiently. good management. People are polite.

Pros

SNI Companies has the best commission plan in the industry. For perm placement, it is the best I have seen. Compared to other competitors, you are given the flexibility to develop the book of business you truly want and not told where/what to concentrate on. Though smaller than your Wall Street reporting competitors, SNI allows a person to grow and doesn't abruptly move you into a different market like the competitors.. If you are looking for work like balance and a place to truly develop your own book of business, SNI Companies gives that opportunity.

Cons

The staffing industry is notorious for high turnover. You truly receive the work you put in, like any sales role. Like most negative feedback you read on glass door, only the ones that weren't prepared properly to put in the work for the job provide negative feedback. I am on the other side of the spectrum. I have been very successful at SNI and I attribute it to not only new leadership but also the company providing the freedom to develop myself into a professional that has properly been given the right tools to service our clients properly. PrIor to a management change in the east coast, like many companies, the company suffered from poor management. Now we have effective leadership that allows staff to grow and properly learn the business correctly. Sales is not for everyone but it you have the natural motivation and drive, SNI will provide the mentorship to be successful in this business.
