Management positions from Regional and up to VP are fulfilled by gross old men who treat people ESPECIALLY women terribly. Countless times where I, along with other colleagues have had to endure being degraded and belittled by one VP/RM. Nothing gets done by HR when reported. It’s disheartening. There is a lot of fear in facing retaliation for reporting him. Fear of losing their jobs. This VP/RM makes clients extremely uncomfortable as well. Very unprofessional behavior.

If you're a facility manager, truth is.. you're treated like middle class. You do all the work. While higher ups get to chum it up with clients on the company's dime. The employees you are to be responsible for get to do whatever they want and face no repercussions. Everyone walks all over you. And you're expected to just shut up, take it and take it GOOD, and get all the work done. With no additional compensation. Don't get me started with HR. The actual WORST! I don't know what's more embarrassing.. the fact that this company has a WAF (women's advisory forum) with the HR lady as their liaison but GET THIS. You could be harassed and they wouldn't even address it. Because hey guess what? You're the manager. They will literally gang up on you and gaslight you and victim blame / shame you. Terrible. A lot of the upper management are a joke with this company. I don't know how the majority of them even get to where they're at with what little to no knowledge they have in anything. They get paid the big bucks to do NOTHING. They have us in the middle do all the work and they get to take credit for it. They will overwork you and walk all over you and you are expected keep it real cute and calm. You're not allowed to speak up and defend yourself. And you don’t get compensation. I'm tired of this place. I can't wait to see what changes Metropolis has in store for this disorganized wannabe tech savvy company. This is why Sphere is dead.
