work life balance is decent

SP+ gives zero incentives for employees to do a good job. You can give the best customer service in the world (which is what you would think they would want) and at the end of the day have no problem treating you like trash if you make one mistake or they aren't happy with the revenue generated that day. Do not work for this company if you are customer service centered person that actually takes pride in the work that you do. This company is not looking for you. If you are lazy and don't actually care about your job or providing decent customer service then they might actually like you here, or even give you a promotion. I've worked at some very high end valet jobs and sp + is by far the biggest joke of a company that I have ever seen.

Management is used as a puppet by client. If the client does not like you, you will be replaced.
