Pros
Tips are good. The job itself is a good job.
Cons
Have to use portable toilets or get out of rotation and drive to base. Literally lose money to go to the bathroom. Men have free reign to pee on everything. There's no punishment for anything. Someone threatened to shoot up the place (i work at an airport location) and they still have a job. People have wrecked multiple buses and they still have a job. Yelled at customers and still work here. Yelled at supervisors and other employees. It has created a very angry work space. Supervisors are given no power as management dismisses and write ups they produce. They mess up paychecks more frequently than I've ever seen at any work place. I've seen a lot happen but never seen anyone fired. They expand operations by adding a new location without training ANYONE. Just told some people how to do it and that was that.
