      Great pay Long but easy hours Fun work place Awesome events to work Great management Great people to be around A big family Simple job if you do it right Easy online training for policies

      Shifts can be long and boring but it is worth it for what we are asked to do.

      Some of the leadership are there for the right reason and in the correct position.

      Cons

      Salaries are $15,000 below Seattle area average for management positions. Top management you hardly ever see and when you do its all fake. All they seem concerned about is how can they get paid more and not concerned about their employees.
