Pros
Guaranteed 40 hours per week and some overtime hours offered too. Some of the people I used worked with were pretty cool people.
Cons
Dead end job! If you like games and work politics then this is place to be. There is very little room for growth. Office politics will prevent you from a promotion. Management isn't perfect, but they don't hold them selves accountable when they mess up. They just hide it from the VP. Management is inconsistent about disciplining agents. Petty rules too. I actually have to ask someone to go to the bathroom like I was a little kid. The entire building is pretty dirty, but more so towards the back of the building. All management cares about is numbers. They don't care how filthy or even dangerous the environment is. Employees there don't respect either because they will steal your lunch that's sitting in the refrigerator! Oh, and management has unrealistic high expectations for the employees. People quit constantly yet they expect the same great numbers every hour not mention the pouring in of new garages. Very poor employee retention.
