Yes…it is a great company

“We treat you like family” If lack of communication or only saying negative things to employees is how you treat your family; I don’t want to work here Returning customers can’t read the machines or choose not to; they have the same problem every day/week and it gets taken out on the attendant. The public in general is very quick to jump to conclusions and make things up about the workers. Your nose will be assaulted with urine and feces in the garages- oh! Along with drugs. Things brought up to management fall on deaf ears and things do not get taken care of in a timely manner. Sp plus does not trust their employees. If there is an issue with the machine, they have to call a call center and ask for help- while standing in front of the customer, waiting.. because the call center needs to be the one to do the job. All while the customer is either berating the call center employee and not listening or taking it out on the attendant. They won’t give you full time hours even when you ask for it; but when they need last minute help because of a call-out.. be prepared!
