      The amount of work is adequate, but the pay is not

      Pros

      Management is pretty flexible with your schedule, if you need to schedule a day off it's not much of a problem. The work load isn't bad as well.

      Cons

      The work load does not match the salary that I would like. For the amount of work I do I feel I should be paid at least a few dollars more/hour.

      Intermittent hours--only work when special event happen Longer shifts than expected because some workers get sent home early for minor infractions for the rules that are not told to employee

      Cons

      Have to ask for your paycheck because somebody did not enter your hours Crude and sexual jokes abound--no recourse

      Lots of turnover I have had plenty of jobs managing money but they would claim I would be short in passes until days afterwards.
