      Pros

      Easy job, good team work, you can also work independently, and you learn something new. Once you finish with your assignments, you have the freedom to guard the parking lot. Benefits are okay, free parking, they have you rolling in nice pick up trucks with built in aux cable.

      Cons

      If management doesn't like you, they will set you up for failure. Customers will spit at your face for charging them the penalty fee. They will hire anyone even if you got the brain of a gold fish. The pay isn't fair, they do recognition based on attendance rather than performance.

      Company has lots of garage. location and hotel facility.

      If you're looking for a career growth, forget it. You will never be considered for a Manager position unless you're from the same "Tribe". Managers are too bossy and disrespectful to subordinates. Is always about them and no one will listen to you. If you're the spoken type and like to stand up the will get you out. New recruits are not given the necessary training the duly Need and is always a brush over, hence they always end up messing up and they wrongful hold them accountable for no fault of theirs.
