      Pros

      There is very flexible scheduling within this company at the client reporting office. Not sure what it is like in other parts of the country.

      Cons

      Promises made with regards to positions during transition were not kept, executive leadership did not do enough to integrate the culture into the new office and employees. Segregation of company employees (us vs. them) was a problem.
