      Pros

      Monday through Friday and mostly normal office hours, except open and managing sites on most holidays. Usually business offices would be closed.

      Cons

      Benefits med/den are horrible. There are no pay increases unless your title changes, no matter how well you do or clients you retain. A lot of politics are involved with promotions and it is about who you know and not based solely on merit. If your boss needs you, your boss will get in the way to not lose you. There are too few women employed and the ones in power do not empower the one or two below them at all to help them move up.

      I work with and for good people. We enjoy the challenges and successes.

      Cons

      The corporate office is terrible. Insurance and pay are consistently in error with several employees each week. It is the same problem in other locations too.
