Rarely hire from within (usually someone with a degree, and no common sense or knowledge of how things actually work in the real world.) Manager blames you for not telling him if he forgot to send someone to fix the most vital machine. Got in trouble for reading a school book Not allowed to leave the booth. Central was ok until Standard took over, and fired all the old managers that actually worked. Not allowed to do anything other than sit, stand, or cleaning the booth which takes about 5 minutes
