      Lack of Management, Management is immature, only valet operations are valued, not cashiers.

      The company as a whole has an incredibly large reach.

      Cons

      The heads of Philadelphia are not fair in their distribution of positions and or pay. They use friendships and social reasons to quide their decisions instead of an actuall assessment of skills and aptitude. There is absolutely no diversity when it comes to upper management.
