No movement in hierarchy. I've been here over a year without even as much as an employee review. They are stingy with giving full-time or benefits. Schedules don't come out until Sunday the week of. Understaffed. Management isn't checked for competency ever. The company is willing to sacrifice the good/welfare of its employees for the employer.

Very unorganized. I was hired on to be a part of the manager in training program. No one clearly in the Atlanta area has ever participated before. Management did not know what to teach.
