      Pros

      They monitor drivers safety very closely with on-board GPS & Cameras that monitors speed, stop signs, quick stops and starts, etc.

      Cons

      They could provide much better up front training, because it is mostly learned on the job. Management ignores most suggestions and when drivers are violating rules management ignores being advised. They only seem to care about what they can catch on the electronics, cameras, gps, etc.
