Pros

With possession of CDL and clean history, it is easy to obtain a driving job. The workforce is very diverse, and there are frequent opportunities to bid on a work schedule to matches one's needs. The current health insurance offered to employees is very good. Upper management is generally very approachable.

Cons

There is little to no chance of any meaningful advancement, either in position or pay. For example, 2.5% annual increases in pay occur only after 3 years of employment. When there are issues with pay deductions for health insurance premiums, there is never an adequate resolution between the company and the union. The greatest con is that there is too much petty drama between supervisors and workers. The supervisory culture leans too much toward micromanagement and unnecessary disciplinary actions.

Pros

No managers on your back due to the fact your on a bus majority of the day. Also its a great opportunity to interact with a variety of people from different backgrounds and cultures learning new things every trip. If your ever have the opportunity to become an full-time employee the offer great benefits and depending on your shift sometimes you can receive tips up to 60 dollars of tips on a good day. For the most part the supervisors are laid back as long as you do what you are instructed to, which you can't complain.

Cons

Your on a bus all day.
