The pros are that you are eligible for promotions within the company pretty quickly.
Cons
The pay is way less than industry standard. The company is very flashy but does not pay their employees well unless they are in upper management. In the entry level positions, it is a revolving door in regards to keeping talent.
- great culture
- stable business; regular work
- huge opportunities for growth and career advancement
Cons
- company still tries to act like a 50-employee tech company: the benefits are very behind, and compensation is low
- new features/tech roll outs aren’t thoroughly vetted across all departments causing stressful, reactive work and back pedaling with customers while the company heads can still parade a new “advancement”
