Pros

-Very strong business model. Market leader in the space. Will most likely remain this way for the foreseeable future. -Historically a friendly, and flexible culture. Leadership respects work life balance. Very flexible RTO policy, most departments are 2 days a week. -For quota compensation, sales operations has done a good job predicting OTE compensation. -Large investments into training, development, and company events. -ESPP is good, no brainer to be a part of. -PTO policy is pretty good. -Individual health insurance is decent. -Improvements in paternal leave policy have been made. -Office perks like lunch credits on Foodsby, beverages, and good location downtown Minneapolis make it a fun in-office environment. -Career opportunities are here, especially if you perform. -Leadership is accessible, which can be essential for your career.

Cons

-Below market pay for most roles under director-level. No merit increases for IC roles in sales. Expect your quotas to go up every year working for a SaaS company. -Family health coverage can be expensive depending on what plan you want. -Some times a "pizza party" work culture, especially on teams where they are less tenured in career. -Office politics can get in the way at times.
