Pros

It's a fine company, but if you struggle with office politics you will not have a good time. Work hard, play the game, and you'll be fine. Definitely a bit of "Minnesota Nice" depending on which division you work with

Cons

They purposely keep salaries low, so if the pay range is something like $50-$70k, expect allocated budget to actually be $52k

Can be good with the right team.

Pros

-- If you are salary there is lots of flexibility. -- Some managers are good.

Cons

-- If you have issues with another employee the issues will be ignored. If the other employee is a manger the issue is completely your fault. They do not hold their managers accountable for their actions. -- The sales team sells products with lies about what it can do, then people downstream have to deal with the mad customers. When addressed with management it is blamed on the customers. -- Recently laid off multiple execs then opened a new position for an exec. -- Training on some teams is horrid. Get thrown to the wolves and expected to not make mistakes. -- Teams are heavily Siloed and do not work together. -- Managers spend their days in meetings and don't have time for their teams.

Pros

Friendly employees, average workload, pay is at least competitive with similar roles.

Cons

Take holidays away to give others, negligible raises, remote flexibility falls short at times.
