Overall it is a well run company with good upside and good pay operating in the oft boring EDI space.

Pros

Some of the pros are good health, dental, vision, and ESPP benefits. 90% of employees are under 30 which is fun and energizing most of the time.

Cons

401k Match is $0.25 on the dollar up to 6%, but employees are only eligible after 1 year with the company. EDI isn't interesting nor fun, but they've got a good plan.

- Company seems to take the "throw it against the wall and hope it sticks" mentality. - Initiatives are never fully developed before initiating
