Business Outlook

Pros

Excellent working flexibility. Great vacation time (PTO). Personable co-workers who are all interesting in doing their best and improving. Mostly individual projects. Great management support. Small enough to talk to anyone (including CEO). Excellent company growth and market position. The CEO took us from a failing dotcom to a stong growth and profit company so I have great expectations for the future of the company.

Cons

With growth has come some unnecessary policies (i.e. Departments assigned to stock pop in the refrigerator, everything in freezers thrown away every Friday, etc). Not all employees try to improve processes. Some areas have had huge growth so there isn't as much experience. Employee retention is poor in some departments.
