      Great company, boring work.

      Pros

      Benefits are good and the people are fun. Company culture is relaxed and most jobs are extremely autonomous. Company is growing rapidly which makes for plenty of room to move up, promotions are fairly quick too, usually around a year.

      Cons

      The job is quite honestly the most boring and soul sucking thing I've ever done. You will always have more work than can possibly be done and at times the work load becomes so high your customers will become upset at you for not being able to answer them in a timely manner. It is very hard to provide every customer a top notch experience at times due to workload which is frustrating. Pay isn't that great in entry level roles.

      -Competitive PTO -Good Work/Life Balance -Great Place to gain valuable experience -Fast-Paced work environment

      Cons

      -Salaries are below the market average for most non-sales roles. -The Target is always moving: Unable to finish an initiative before its time to move onto the next one. -Most Management is trained "In-House" which leads to some unqualified managers from time to time. -Difficult to find a clear career path that keeps you at SPS once you hit your 5 year anniversary

      Hours, location, great company-wide vision, interdependent responsibility, flexible, money was great, young culture, skyway access, common interests, great management, evolving, consistent growth

      Cons

      Sometimes it felt that the company wanted to be too big too fast, at times it was a lot of pressure but it was manageable
