Pros

Some of the pros are good health, dental, vision, and ESPP benefits. 90% of employees are under 30 which is fun and energizing most of the time.

Cons

401k Match is $0.25 on the dollar up to 6%, but employees are only eligible after 1 year with the company. EDI isn't interesting nor fun, but they've got a good plan.

Pros

Fantastic leadership, fun work environment, good people, can make good money if you hit your number ($100k+ not uncommon for Sr. AE).

Cons

Starting to get more political as the company grows Do have to deal with keeping accounts protected and doing some admin work, especially post sale Strong comp plan, but very low base (below $30k to start for commissioned reps)

Overworked - but appreciated as an employee

Pros

Very casual atmosphere. Competitive pay. Comprehensive new employee training, Lots of employee events - company lunches, parties and happy hours.

Cons

The day to day expectations were unrealistic. There seemed to be tension between departments, which is silly since we were all working towards the same cause. Processes are constantly changing. It's one thing to change a process for the sake of improvement, but it's another thing to make a change for the sake of change. Keep things consistent for a cool minute and you might be able to take in the talent you have working for you.
