If you’re willing to actually work there is a lot of money to be made and lots of advancement opportunities. They do care about their employees and continue to change benefits for the better of the employees.

Cons

Lots of hours sometimes which leaves less home time.

Pros

As a fairly new hire, my coworkers have been great, friendly, and proactive in teaching me about my current position. The pay is great (for me) with seemingly plenty of opportunity for pay increase. Depending on your position, this industry is not a 9-5. The hours are odd if you’re accustomed to a steady schedule. However, you can find yourself working overtime by noon, for instance, and still get home at a decent hour, which is great for me as a family man.

Cons

Communication could improve. Especially in cases where customers shift an order an hour earlier, and nothing alerts you unless you check the Clutch Mobile app every hour before and after going to bed.
