PHENOMINAL COMPANY to work for and lots of work. Alot of companies say its all about the driver but this company proves it with the pay ,our spectacular health insurance,401K, bonus's and the list just goes on and most of all treating each employee as a person not a #. Christian based and the owners don't just talk the talk they walk the walk. Over the 30 plus years in this field, the endless buyouts and companies that took over this is BY FAR the best i've worked for. I personally have seen the owner of this company at a plant for a big pour with his work boots on helping out and know the CEO {his son Jeff} a few weeks ago drove a mixer for 3 nights helping out on another big job. No suit and ties in our home office and we all do what it takes to get the job done, owners included. That kind of company!
Cons
No set schedule is about the only thing a person can complain about. Every company has its whiners but i can honestly say for my region there is only a few.
