Pros

We work for “boots in the ground” owners. You’ll never be asked to do something that ownership and leadership would not do. That’s rare in a company this size. If you look into the history of how SRM was founded, in addition to the continuous growth, it’s pretty inspirational.

Cons

Leadership does expect commitment, hard work, and the extra mile from every member of the team. Doesn’t have to be a con- but worth mentioning!

SRM is an amazing company to work at. If you have good work ethic and a desire to be part of a company that is an industry standard setter we would love to have you on board. The value on hard work, safety and family are some of the reasons I work here. The benefits are awesome and something you don't always find in the construction industry. Most important is the accessibility of everyone all the way to the CEO.... Folks care here.

Cons

If 12 hour days and 60 hour weeks are not what your looking for it will be challenging working for us.
