$100 Saturday bonuses, VERY competitive pay--I would say industry leading with no cap on top end. Christmas bonus is 40 hrs pay. Good benefits. OT after 8 hrs or 40 hrs a week, its based off whichever is better for the driver, and during the winter that helps the operator a lot!!!

Cons

Anybody getting into this industry should realize what they are getting into and know that you are going to work a lot of hours. Make sure you understand that 60+ hrs a week is a real possibility and should be expected during the busy parts of the year. If you are not okay with that you should look elsewhere. If you are okay with that this is a very good company to work with.
