The actual work is good, and coworkers do treat each other pretty good,

Cons

They dont pay competitively (base pay off Tennessee, which isnt realistic in Colorado), claim yearly 2 dollar raises and then dont give them, actively try to pressure employees out of knowing their rights with their "company policies", during busy season zero work/life balance
