The hours are there if you are ready to work and they do give you a 10hr reset after each shift. PTO is nice too and is approved if put in early enough

Cons

Lack of communication to new drivers about critical topics. You have to ask to get other managers numbers.

You get your own truck, if it doesn’t have to go in the shop.

Cons

Pay isn’t good, trucks constantly break down, poor management/maintenance team, Unfairness, Work is hard, No appreciation for hard workers, a lot of back stabbing, and a lot of favoritism towards only a few people
