Too much drama, not enough pay.

Lots of overtime if you want it.

Cons

Finishers always crying and try to intimidate drivers. Unsafe trucks. Trucks consistently breaking down and they would rig them just so they made sure the load got there. Nevermind your safety. Constantly be overweight. Multiple safety concerns would be brought to managements attention only to be ignored. Favoritism to select group of drivers.

They did pay well for the industry.

Cons

Absolutely zero communication from the top down. Made about 10k less than I was "supposed to be making" for a year before anyone realized. There was no discussion of salary or responsibilities when I was given a promotion.
