SRS has an aweomse, ambitious, family-styled culture. They look out for their own and want to be pace setters in the industry. If you have a good work ethic and your a team player, its a great place to be.

Cons

They want the best, and they want things to be done right. Not really a downside, but definitely something to consider when evaluating your work attitude.

Learned how to manage a team & all aspects that go into running a successful branch

Cons

Not always a con, but a lot of the training is "baptism by fire", there is a lot to juggle but leadership will support you
