Bonuses are below average at best. After the government rips you off for half, you are lucky to get a paycheck. Not worth it considering you put in a thousand extra hours over the course of the year. With the minimal return, you are able to pay off some overdue bills while the higher executives buy new houses, cars and other high price novelties. Sounds fair.
Ceo yaps about how much he gave for bonus's but forgets to tell you that 50% went to him, another 30% went to six other high executives and the other measly 20% will be broken up between the rest of the 500 employees.
Promotions are few and far between. I think they feel obligated to give you one after about six years but besides that forget about it.
Systems are outdated. Hard to believe that clients use their software. Let alone this company is and went public twice.
I forgot to mention raises. Instead of getting a raise when your minimal bonuses are given. They are instead distributed 10 months later if then. Thanks for that extra twenty dollars on my paycheck. Now I can get a bagel with cream cheese in the morning instead of one with butter.
This company is like a revolving door. Never saw so much turnover in my life. I was at this company for two years and can't even count on five hands how many faces have come and gone. And that is when the economy was bad. Imagine when the economy gets better. People will be leaving in droves. Hint to management.
Glad I left this company. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The new company I work is a thousand folds better. They actually treat me like a person instead of a number. Bonuses are actually based on performance. Imagine that.
