      Pros

      Health Insurance coverage is great.

      Cons

      People a quitting for other jobs that accommodate working remotely. It's so unrealistic that in today's environment the company is unwilling to be flexible to allow employees to work remotely if they choose to even though the work will still be taken care of, especially for the night shifts. Lot's of complaints about this! Most people are willing to stay and work their butts off if only this is an option. Unfortunately the company refuses to listen and rather choose to loose valuable employees over this.

      Pros

      People stick around at this company for a long time because the pay is good, the retirement plan is very good, and there are opportunities for growth. Leadership views the company like a family.

      Cons

      The vacation policy is bare bones and not at all competitive with the Seattle market. Wish that would change. There are also a lot of old school mentalities and lack of diversity.
