Flat structure, Macro management, productivity focused more than cost focused, diverse careers across port industry spectrum, good salaries and benefits, travel.

Cons

Long hours and weekends. Executive management is very experienced but entrenched with little room opportunity for representation of ideas. Company expands but slowly compared to competition.
