      Good place to learn

      Pros

      Great place to learn and understand the industry better. The benefits are top notch but the salaries were lacking.

      Cons

      Not a lot of growth opportunities. A lot of older managers and directors, not many paths for ambitious young people.

      Pros

      Pay rate is well above average.

      Cons

      Management is overbearing and unethical. Lots of shouting and belittling of youth and the main Lead Journeyman has a unfounded militaristic outlook causing a toxic work environment. Further more the Manager hires his daughters school mates with no experience in a ultra dangerous environment. This is a union job that protects the derelicts and ushers out the good talent.
