      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits. Great working environment. Friendly department peer group. I've had an overall pleasant experience in the 15 plus years I've worked for the company.

      Cons

      The only con I could possibly think of would be the cyclic nature of the steel industry. There are periods when the supply outstrips the demand but our company has weathered those storms without layoffs in each instance.

      Good Health Benefits and 401K Match

      Cons

      Total lack of a real IT vision Favoritism is the rule of the IT organization Leadership will "talk down" at you and push blame for issues off to those they do not favor Lack of accountability of the leadership. Always in a "hiring freeze mode" and not able to bring contractors on Fulltime after they have been told it will be a 6 month contract to hire gig.
